Just a reminder...

A $200 security hold will be placed on your card 24 hours before your check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and will be released after your stay, provided no damages occur. A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used to book are required at check-in. Names must match. If the original cardholder is not present, a completed credit card authorization form and ID may be required in advance.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day. For directions, use 3590 Gundry Ave (the casita is technically 3590 1/2, but that doesn’t always show up correctly on maps). Parking is easy—you’re welcome to use the long red driveway (just not for cars that leak oil), and there’s usually plenty of free street parking as well. If you’ve received a check-in invite, you can access the casita using the August Home app with a virtual key, or just knock on the front door of the main house when you arrive to grab a physical key. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please be sure to leave on time. If you have a key, you can return it by dropping it in the mail slot at the front house or by knocking on the front door at 3590 Gundry Ave. Once you’ve checked out, please let us know. Thanks!
