All pets must be approved as suitable prior to booking. Along with the private patios, the property features a large, fully fenced grassy backyard. Because we take great pride in the care, cleanliness, and detailed upkeep of the casita, we are cautious of potential damage and hygiene concerns.

Excessive barking or other loud pet noises are not suitable for the neighborhood. Guests are required to promptly pick up after their pets at all times. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture and are not allowed inside the bathroom because of the vintage clawfoot tub.

Unless special permission is granted, pets may not be left unattended on the property. An additional pet fee and refundable damage deposit may apply.
